Garantía Mi Ángel Fiel

Cada retrato se crea a partir de la foto de tu mascota. Por eso nuestra garantía funciona así:

• Ajustes gratis: antes de imprimir, ajustamos tu retrato sin costo hasta que te encante.

• Reembolso del 100 % antes de imprimir: si no te gusta tu retrato, escríbenos a hola@miangelfiel.com antes de que lo enviemos a impresión y te devolvemos todo tu pago.

• Reposición por daños: si tu obra llega dañada o con un defecto de impresión, envíanos una foto dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la entrega y la reponemos sin costo.

• Por ser obras personalizadas, no aceptamos devoluciones de impresiones en buen estado una vez impresas.

• Retrato Digital: te devolvemos el 100 % si lo pides antes de recibir el archivo final sin marca de agua.

Los reembolsos se hacen al mismo método de pago.

Every portrait is created from your pet's photo, so our guarantee works like this:

• Free adjustments: before printing, we adjust your portrait at no cost until you love it.

• 100% refund before printing: if you don't love your portrait, email hola@miangelfiel.com before it goes to print and we'll refund your full payment.

• Damage replacement: if your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

• Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept returns of undamaged prints once printed.

• Digital Portrait: full refund if requested before you receive the final watermark-free file.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
